Therapy
With a mind, body, spirit (holistic mental health) approach which assists each individual in uncovering, articulating, and releasing the source of the presenting challenges, we will meet one-to-one in person or virtually via the platform most comfortable for you. Your therapy sessions are catered to your individual needs and goals which foster trust, collaboration and healing.
Rate: $200/hour

The Healing Walk
Walking and talking therapy takes place outside in a natural environment. While walking together the client is encouraged to share their struggles and life situations. Walking and talking encourages healthy activity and often helps the client move through their challenges more fluidly. According to research walking outdoors can make a significant positive impact on anxiety and stress. Learn more about Walk and Talk Therapy here.
Your first session will take place in a therapy office where you will discuss issues of confidentiality and how you will negotiate encountering other people when out walking. It is important to remember that people walking and talking side by side is a very common sight and therefore a client and therapist walking side by side doesn't look any different.
Rate: $200/hour
